Build muscle, increase your mobility and functional strength with a Certified Personal Trainer. Our signature 45 minute class integrates low-impact, high-results equipment such as battle ropes, suspension trainers, kettlebells and more into a class format suitable for all ages and ability levels.

Enjoy the sunshine and fresh air while sweating it out! Our STRONG class takes place outside with a more playful approach that includes agility drills, TRX rip trainers, and slam balls.

*This class is donation-based but does still require students to register and sign a waiver beforehand. Please contact coach for more information.

Our classes have a limited class size to ensure students receive proper instruction and personalized coaching. Reserve your spot in advance today through our AQUITY software. Remaining open spaces will be given to drop-ins, first come, first serve. 

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Advanced reservations lock 15 minutes prior to class start time and remaining spaces are available to any walk-in students. Cancellations or reschedules can be made up to 24 hours prior to class start time without penalty fees. All sales on session passes and personal training are final.
