AlohaFit Bootcamp

MON / TUES / THURS AT 7PM IN MILILANI REC 1

Experience our signature heart-pumping, team building, strength busting, HITT style workout. Push yourself to the max and leave nothing behind in this interval style class. Work with battle ropes, kettlebells, BOSU balls, slam balls, bands and more in this amazing sweat session. Low impact options and modifications will always be available making this class perfect for all levels.

Functional Strength

TUES / THURS AT 9AM IN MILILANI REC 6

Muscles are the fountain of youth and help us say yes to our next adventure. Find your strong with this low impact, building block workout that focuses on functional movements and increasing strength. Learn the basics and challenge yourself in the classroom so that you can become more active and avoid potential injury. Class size is limited to no more than 8 students to ensure individualized attention.

Developed over 5,000 years ago remains one of the most popular workout formats of today. Designed to relax, stretch, and strengthen the body, Yoga is rejuvenating experience like none other. Please bring your own mat and any yoga props you would like to use for this practice.

Gentle Yoga is a 50% chair based, 50% standing practice - perfect for limited ranges of mobility, those recovering from an injury or beginners.

Register in advance to save your spot! 

Our classes have a limited class size to ensure students receive proper instruction and personalized coaching. Reserve your spot in advance today through our MINDBODY software. Remaining open spaces will be given to drop-ins, first come, first serve. 

Flexible Scheduling

Our MINDBODY software offers students control and flexibility over their own schedules. Students are able to register for any combination of classes, for any length of time. 10 class packs are valid for 6 months after purchase date. New student 5 packs are valid for 3 month after purchase date.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Advanced reservations lock 15 minutes prior to class start time and remaining spaces are available to any walk-in students. Cancellations or reschedules can be made up to 12 hours prior to class start time without penalty fees.
